CCPS Media Technology Festival Each year, the classroom teachers, Challenge teachers, technology teachers, art teachers and library media specialists of Cecil County Public Schools sponser a Festival to highlight student productions that incorporate 21st Century Skills. This competitive event is open to students in grades Pre-K to12. Students may participate in 8 different categories. Winners are recognized by ribbons and award certificates at the Awards Ceremony. Participation certificates are awarded to all students submitting entries. This event is governed by a series of rules and submission guidelines. Students interested in entering may contact their teacher or download the appropriate pdf files below. (Acrobat Reader is needed to open the pdf files.) The FY10 categories and guidelines for competition have been aligned to those used by the International Student Media Festival so that winners from our festival may have the opportunity to take their projects forward to this prestigious competition.
